Leave the M65 at Junction 10 and follow signs to Burnley. At the roundabout take the B6239 exit (Barracks Rd/Burnham Gate), continue for approx. 300 yards past the mini roundabout and turn left into Blannel St, taking the first immediate right into Keppel Place. CWR should now be on your left - approx. 100 yards down the hill, turn into the car park.
